Even though, we don't know whether Gaga would sign if it was passed on to her, her manager is to blame about the failure in VV successes recently.

Unlike some other celebs its not like she completely ignores them you know? And yes it is her management etc that could control her fanmail. There was a video going around ( cant find it right now ) about her meeting a 14 year old girl with Cystic Fibrosis , she originally couldnt attend the show but her dad emailed Gaga , and they were invited backstage , got to hang out with her and were given brilliant seats for the show. To be honest , I would prefer Lady Gaga to spend her time helping kids who arent as lucky as us than replying to my letter with a signature
