One at a time. Most players would resent being asked to get another player's autograph for you. I doubt you could get the entire team on an 8x10, so I would pick and choose who you want on it. Or split the project up into several photos. It would also be a good idea to sign up for the membership at a site like SportsCollectors.net (15 bucks for a whole a year is cheap) so you can see what the success rates are for each player. No sense sending it out with 20 signatures on it, only to never see it again.
Yeah, I know it can get expensive but you really should send to each player individually.
