I used to love the Hollywood collectors show back when ray and sharon courts ran it.
But ever since they sold it, It has really gone down hill. dont get me wrong they still get lots of guests but they also have made it a lot less fan friendly and made some pretty negative changes such as following the creation model of charging 40 bucks or more to take a photo op with the stars.
while some stars there have asked for a small fee in the past for a photo op with your camera, usually 5 or 10 bucks, or for the most part free when you bought a autograph from them. Its outrageous for the new owners to be charging 40 bucks to have a less than proffesional photographer take a slightly out of focus photo of you and print it on a laser jet printer.

thats just one of the many negatives that have popped up since ray and sharon sold the show.
really wish they still ran it, as these new owners seem to be more concerend about pleasing the studios in hopes of getting other actors out there, then making it a fun filled event for the fans like it used to be.

Hollywood Collectors Show

Anyone going to the Hollywood Collectors Show this weekend? If you are who are looking for autographs from? I'm going especially to get Ralph Macchio "The Karate Kid." I have a nice photo of him in his famous crane position from the 1st Karate Kid movie. Lots of others there that I'll get too like Ryan and Taum O'neal. If you've never been to one of these and are thinking about...do it!! It's a blast and they have nearly 100 autograph guests.

Happy collecting,
Chappy
