Is there anything that could give more of a chance of getting an autograph?
If you send by mail: include a letter of request with your return address, including a (SAE) Self addressed envelope will improve your chances, as will including the proper postage to return it to you (SASE), send someting for that person to sign...if you don't include an item to sign, then make sure your return envelope is at least 9 x 12in...most celebs send 8 x 10s in response to a request that does not include a photo to sign.

That's up to you, but you won't find email addresses on this site ....posting email addresses is discouraged due to spamming by others
is there more chance of recieving from celebs in your own country?
Not really, I have a higher success rate abroad than here in the States.

If you want you can buy postal stamps from members of this forum so that your return postage is the correct amount and the correct country (i.e. - your shouldn't include british stamps on your SASE when sending a request to the States - and vice versa.
