Does anyone know how much a letter including a DVD cover (so the size of the envelope is a little bigger than a DVD) from the USA to Europe costs?

I rather like having signed DVD sleeves, always a nice thing seeing the signature when I pull out a DVD, not that I've got many so far...

I think as long as they are not in direct sunlight then it's fine, I've not had any problems with sigs fading etc. :)
