Well we really can't give suggestions on who will respond via emails or websites. Pretty much you'll just have to write them via those and see if you'll get a reply. I've had successes in the past writing to performers via email and websites.

I know it's not allowed to post lists of all the e-mails of celebs, but I have a question..
I live with my parents, and they don't like it when I send out fanmail (because of the high costs and the unknown factor that you don't know you'll get something back if you get what I mean), so I'm only allowed to send letters once in a while or send out e-mails as much as I want

Does anyone have any suggestions of celebs that give out autographs by filling in a contact form on their website, or by e-mail ?
For example: the amazing Savannah Outen sends out autographs if you ask nicely on her youtube channel
