I have been using Snapfish to print my photos; they are much cheaper than the kiosks at places like Walmart, etc. and they're always having deals/specials.
The few times I've physically done it myself, it was at Target. They are pricier (I think one 8x10 was $4 and change), but they don't hover over you so you don't have to worry about them rejecting the photo for copyright reasons.
But yeah, just save a file on a memory card or one of those little drive things, and off you go!
