I guess the only way to find out for sure is to ask a celebrity themselves!

Never mind, now that I think about it I doubt it's illlegal, but if the letter is addressed to the celeb the agent is probably not supposed to throw it away or anything without the celebs permission.

I'm not quite sure I understand what you're saying :? Of course celebrities get our letters (well, at least some). Otherwise, how would anybody get any responses? Agencies forward/give the letters to the celebrities (that is, if it's the right agency!).

I doubt it's illegal - one of my duties at work is opening my boss' mail, unless it's addressed private and confidential. A thought there, i suppose...

I trust the agencies. It would be hard to get a celebs actual address because of privacy issues, so I think it's safest for hte celebs to recieve fanmail from their agents.


Isn't it illegal for the agencies to open letters that aren't addressed to them?

Does anyone here eve contacted a celebrity? hmm i dont trust this agencys, i think celebrity never get our letters, maybe we must find another way to get their REAL address so our letters can go straight to them :)
