You know what now that you mention it you could be right about that,i never thought about that but now that you mention it i think you are right,i guess i just read usa stamps available and assumed it meant actual usa stamps not just the amount needed to send to the us...I will ask them anyways but you are probably right i just don't think they should be calling them usa stamps.If this is the case sorry for getting anyones hopes up on this one i just assumed it meant usa stamps.I guess i just think like a autograph collector!!!
