Jaffer, i am referring to the great NAFTA bill that he signed. by far the most deteriorating and insane bill ever passed which has crippled this country.

bottom line, selling an ACDC framed and matted photo for $100 is either completely and utterly STUPID or its a scam. and if someone is selling a framed and matted stones photo (a large one to boot) for $100 they must be from another universe... or they are just trying to rip someone off by selling fakes.
