Hi sex_is_not_the_enemy,

I put Airmail stickers on my envelopes that are going overseas/to far away states if I have them. If I don't, then I send the letters anyway. However, when I run out, I will ask for more the next time I go to the post office, but I don't specifically go to the post office to get them.

To answer your last question: I doubt that the stickers are that influential to the post office...I mean, they are free...

But I'm not completely sure.

I am not quite sure if it takes longer or not... i know I have received things in the mail where people write in big writing "AIR MAIL"

I myself ask the post office for "LOTS" of AIR MAIL stickers when I go. That way I usually run out of stamps first.

Maybe the sticker is more attention grabbing than just writing, but i dont think that it would make much of a difference.

Hey guys :)

Just wondering how many of you actually stick on your envelope when sending letters to personalities overseas an airmail sticker?

Personally, I send out numerous amounts of letters each week and I just don't seem to be bothered anymore going out to the post office every week to grab a handful of stickers. I just have a habit of writing at the top left corner of the envelope: 'AIRMAIL'.

Does anyone know if I do this, will it get to the destination at the same speed as an Airmail sticker?

Would love to hear your opinion {up}
