Whenever I write to baseball players, I don't include what I think of them. I just write of their accomplishments.

I have never lied in a request. I only send requests to people that I am fans of so I don't seen any reason to lie.

I told Tony Blair that I admired him but otherwise I have never felt the need to.

I certainly haven't run out of people whose work I enjoy and admire to write to yet, and don't expect that I ever shall.

Hi pinoygreats, :)

Pinoy ka rin pala. :D

Back to topic.
NO! I don't lie in my letters, I wouldn't do that just to get their autograph.
As already mentioned, I always write sincere, polite and heartfelt letter.
Always remember that GENUINE HONESTY AND SINCERITY IS THE NAME OF AUTOGRAPH COLLECTING. {up} :D

i don't lie. i collect autographs. i send request to people i'm not a fan of all the time. i still find nice/truthful things to say even if im not a huge fan.

there is really no need to lie, i'm sure the celeb doesn't care how many films you've seen them in as long as you say you support them in 1 way or another or at least enjoy the entertainment that they have provided.

i think the over-exaggeration of adoration to the celeb makes the lor untruthful.

I never say im their #1 fan or anything thats way too cheesy and i only send to people who i actually like or have liked in at least 1 film or tv role but i have occasionally said i liked them in the odd movie i didnt see but its rare and i only have done that with a person who i really liked in one specific role but i had to make it look like i liked them in a couple roles at least.

Ah! Well all they have to do is go to www.imdb.com or youtube and they can find a lot more films that the celeb starred in and watch those before sending.

Also, There's no rule saying that you have to see a lot of one person's films before you send a request to them, if you only saw one of their films mention it in your letter then tell them you plan on watching more of their productions soon. {up}
