it cost me paypal disputes which were resolved but it was still a pain.
I had a similar problem a few years ago. In my case, I got a few numbers in the zip code mixed up and an item that was supposed to be shipped to a customer (I forget where) wound up in Texas somewhere, where they kept sending it out for delivery and returning it back to the same post office for about a month. I had to go to my post office to find out how to get it straightened out, then back home to get back online and rectify it. It finally made it there.
Sometimes when we think it's the post office's fault, it might be ours. I do have a tendency to read numbers wrong, for some reason, and have to be very, very careful when I write out unfamilair zip codes.
