first off there's no picture or description to know how anyone could give an estimate, but personally I'd value it as irreplaceable if it's something your dad did and got. You can't replace those kind of memories.
Whatever the value I hope you just keep it as a nice memory of your dad.

My dad got this signed when he did an interview with Mario Andretti and I was just wondering does anyone know the value of this? He got it around the Summer of '08
