Got Sheila E back after 22 days. She didn't sign my indexes but sent a 5x7 photo. Written in her reverse handwriting, of course.

Yeah I ask for an autograph and a guitar pick .... I keep my guitar picks in baseball card cases also.

You just write your LOR and then you say "I would like an autograph signed by you please on the picture in the envelope etc" and then you write I would like a pick or 2 or more if you want. That's what i do when i send to guitarists.
