From the research and attempts I have done, I have never been sent back a large envelope asking for more postage. I went through multiple fourms, questions, and 2 stamps was the most used and accepted. It just **** that the envelop can't get to via venue on time and I have to send it internationally for almost 3 times the price...

all the more reason to play it safe and put sufficient postage on the envelope.
