If you check the recent feedback for each name you are interested in, by searching their name in the search box at the top of the page, you can have a look to see how they are responding at the moment and whether they send or do not send photos.
The rule of thumb is to always send a photo if you can, however some of those names are "big" names and likely do not sign at all (sending preprints via Studio Fanmail or other).
This goes for all the names you have asked about recently
