You could always purchase US stamps and attached those to your SAE. That's my preferred method.

I wanting to send some fanmail to some actors in america but my local postoffices dont sell international reply coupons anymore so I'm stuck would sending some dollors in the mail help or will they likely ignore my letter can anyone help me because i havnt got a clue on what to do thanks.
