Seems to be a pretty slow year all around so far, I havn't seen alot of good successes lately on here. I have got back 3 autographs in the past 2 months. 2 were ones i sent this year and one was from last october but i have sent out about 6 or 8 requests in the past 6 weeks so im still hoping to get something in the next month or so. I always think someone at the post office is stealing them haha but you get paranoid after awhile lol ( Or do you) The reality of it is that the return rate in this hobby isn't that great but if you sent hundreds you should be getting something back in the next few months.

Of course they aren't conspiring against us.... I think we account for 1/4 of their income lol

No, it's not just you. I received a couple of autographs -- one via an e-mail request and one that I commissioned from a comic artist -- over the last two weeks, but the only TTM request I've received back was on the first of this month. March has been the driest month I've had since I started writing again, and I have requests still out from June (that I've pretty much given up on).

Yeah I figured people go thru dry spurts. It burns my bottom when I know I've got requests out to certain people for months on end, and then I see posts that say one week turnaround and it's that same autograph I been waiting months for...

I've noticed that it's been a slow year for baseball ST TTMs.

I haven't gotten much back the last few weeks either, but you get used to it after being in the hobby for a while. There's ups and downs for just about everyone.

I dont know if players take it that seriously. I'm from California and I havent gotten mine back. If anything, he should feel good about someone from Boston wanting his autograph!

I know that Mariano is a classy guy but by any chance you think he'd refuse to sign for a guy from Boston?

Last week i did pretty good. I got back david akers, dirk nowitski, harry carson, and lawrence taylor. I'm still waiting on my spring training though. I only got Mark McGwire back. I sent to him, Milton Bradley, and Don Mattingly. I've seen successes from Milton during ST and I've seen older successes from Mattingly. So I hope I get them back soon.

I am having the same situation with Mariano Rivera....A lot of people have gotten successes but I still havent received mine.
