Bad postman, and post office saga.

by GazzaPaul » Fri Apr 01, 2011 4:10 pm

So I brought this signed item from Ebay, which is quite big. The purchase was fine, the lad sent it over, that was fine. It required a signature, which is fine, as my mam's a stay at home mum. So at 9:34 the postman comes, and I'm at school. My mum said how she saw him out of the window, and went downstairs, he put a note through the door (WITHOUT RINGING THE BELL) saying that there was no one to collect the package! SO he obviously couldn't be arsed to ring the bell. So I did the thing online, and got it re-sent to my door, SAME THING HAPPENED! So I paid the £1.50, and got it sent to my nearby post office. About 2 days after being confirmed to be there, I went, and they denied all knowledge, this is quite an expensive item, and it seems to be lost :S The post office say it's in the main royal mail center, and they say it's at the post office... I don't know what to do!
