On you letter TO the celebrity in Brazil you would need US stamps. To send international it will cost more than one stamp but it depends on how much it weighs.

On your SASE for the celebrity to mail FROM Brazil you would need Brazil stamps or an IRC or no postage and hope they will pay for it.

If I want to send a request to someone outside of the US who do I get postage for instance Brazil do I need to buy US postage or Brazilian postage how does that work?
