Hi
You can get International Reply Coupons (IRC's) from the post office so normally its best to include 2 of these with each request. They cost about £1.40 for one now i think so they are quite expensive.
Another option is to go to a money exchange place and get some US Dollars, i've started doing this cos it works out cheaper just including a couple of dollars per request.
I'm in the UK also so i usually do that, but sometimes, cos i live in a very small place, i find it hard to get the IRC's so i'll just write in my letter apologising that i haven't been able to get any postage coupons or US Stamps to include and just send my self addressed envelope with no postage.
Hope that helps :-)
