heres the USPS definition of a letter envelope, "No more than 6-1/8 inches high by 11-1/2 inches long by 1/4 inch thick"

It looks like your less then 1/2 an inch over.

USPS envelope size question

Hi everyone!

Can anyone tell me whether an envelope measuring 9 inches long by 6.5 inches wide would be classed as a 'Letter' or 'Large Envelope' by USPS?

Many thanks!
