Cool. Obviously, I did open the message but when I went to open the attatchment it asked if I wanted to run something and I immediately hit no. So I think I'm safe. Thanks everyone.

Yes, it's a scam and virus!! I get those every now and then and simply delete them and mark them as spam. The USPS rarely will email you if they can't deliver a package. you'd get a slip in the mail if they couldn't.

Then I think you have made the right choice :)

Recieved a weird email from the "Post Express Service"

I recieved an odd email this morning from the "Post Express Service" stating:

"Dear Customer.

The delivery service couldn?t deliver your package.
The package weight exceeds the allowable free-delivery limit.
You have to receive your packagen personally..
Please print out the label attached to this message and pass it in to get your package in the office of the mail service company.

Thank you,
Post Express Service."

I'm not expecting anything, and I haven't sent anything out that I didn't put full postage on, so I reckon this may just be a scam or some sort of spam. There's a "Postal Label" attatched to the email, but I'm not going to open it on my computer, just incase it's a virus. I'm going to open it at a computer at the Library and see what it's all about, then maybe check in with one of my local post office to see if there's anything fishy going on.

Has this ever happened to anyone?
