That's what I'm worried about. I will get normal paper autographs from them first to make sure the address is valid and that they do return things, and I know that chances are it will all go horribly wrong at the last moment, but I was just wondering if anyone had had any luck with this sort of thing.
Maybe you could ask them when you send the paper if they'd mind signing (& returning) the t-shirt if you sent it to them? I'd not risk it myself, but it might be worth a try

A problem with sending a shirt, especially if it is one celeb at a time, is that what if the first 5 sign but the 6th doesn't return it?

I have many signed shirts/jumpers but they were nearly all in person. I did send a Bulls singlet to Luc Longley and an Olympic singlet to Alex Popov and got them both back signed. But all of my multi-signed tops were in-person.

I send index cards or pics from mags for my celebrities.

Autographing a T-shirt?

Okay, I just made an account and don't really know how to work a forum so I'm sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place or otherwise done something wrong.

I was wondering if anyone has tried or been successful with T-shirts? I've always wanted a T-shirt with signatures on it from the cast of Primeval. I understand that it's probably extremely difficult or impossible (not to mention expensive) to do so, simply because you have to keep sending it back and forth individually and the chances of it getting lost at some point are high ...

I haven't actually sent out for any autographs yet, I want to do so first to confirm the addresses work, and then ... maybe ... try the shirt, if it's at all possible. Which raises another question, do I have to send photos for them to sign or can it just be a decorated piece of paper?
