You can, he'd just have to cover up any of the address labels and other things if you send it with delivery confirmation so they don't rescan those or send it back to him accidently. Depending on the size of your box, you might be better off sending him a folded one to save him the hassle of having to cover all the things up. Small priority flat rate box only costs $5.95 to ship in the USA.

I am possibly sending a box consisting of a LOR, hat, and trading card to be signed by a generous signing former NBA player, can he use the same exact box that I sent to him to send my items back autographed (if he autographs them)? Or would I need to send a foldable box with the shipment?
