Put your own together using Photoshop or whatever you have or can get your hands on, then order them online. It's a good idea to remove obviously identifiable logos and copyright symbols, as Ravenmaniac says, although most companies run them through a machine without the staff having to give them more than a cursory glance now and then, so most places aren't nearly as fussed about it as their terms and conditions are legally required to suggest.
In the UK a huge number of photo companies, supermarkets etc. have offers of free ones when you sign up and order online. A couple I've found allow you to sign up with them more than once, not that I would condone doing such a thing, even to a huge American-based multinational profit-making machine.
