IRC's allow the celeb or their assistant to go to the Post Office and exchange them for postage.

One should be enough per envelope, but personally I would send 2 each just to be safe.

There is an autograph sale/exchange forum where members trade stamps, this might work out cheaper and easier for you in the future :)

International Mail Questions....Please HELP! :P

Hello everyone,

i live in the United States and I want to write to some people in the U.K. (Mostly Harry Potter cast) I'm confused on what to send in my envelope to them. I know letters, photos, and an SAE, but what about reply postage? I've ordered 2 International Reply Coupons from the Postal Service and I have them. What do I do with them? I have letters ready to go to Maggie Smith and Matthew Lewis. Do I just include one IRC per addressee? Will they still send the photo back if I am from a different country than them.

Thank you so much!
