Sending Out of Country?

I wanted to send to Kevin Spacey in England but I live in the US. I am sending a regular white envelope with an LOR and two 4x6 photos and an SASE. How much postage would I have to put on the envelope being sent to him and is it okay to just include a couple dollars since I don't have any UK stamps?

Thanks :)
