Its always worth the try to send it out. What is the worst that will happen. I usually send my stuff out a few days before the event so I make sure it reaches there by concert time. Hope That helps.

i have contacted pepsi center several times now for the past three months to see if they will forward artists performing there via venue. they have not replied. im asking here now because the artist is performing march 15th, and its getting too close to call, im desperate for anyone to help!! Does anyone know if they do forward? if not, should i take a chance and send it out? how early should i send it out?
