I would stop sending to all teams now, even if the player you want is on a playoff team do not send as they are on a different schedule for the playoffs and will have less time to sign. I would wait until February and send to spring training sites

With baseball season wrapping up and some teams going home and others going to the playoffs, when is the latest I should stop sending request c/o players team if they are NOT in the playoffs?
