Hey Titania, your English is great, don't apologise
Well, I can tell you from what I've learnt through years of collecting that some people will send out PPs no matter where you send to them. I know people who tried to get Kate Winslet for years now with no luck.
Infact, TheCollector's autograph from her has to be the only real autograph from her I've ever seen TTM. And I've been collecting for a LONG time. Exactly same thing with Leo.
I don't know if they only signed because he does it for charity or because they felt kind that day and decided to actually check their mail or whatever. I just know that in 99% of the cases I heard of, people got PPs from them.
But I always say never give up hope on people... listen, if the recent Angelina Jolie successes here are actually real (from her agency) then it proves anything can happen, doesn't it? Cos she's been sending out her usual SFM pictures from her agency for ages.
So perhaps with the people who usually send PPs you just need to write an extra-nice letter and hope for the best, you never know. But when you get a reply, check their feedback to see if what you got looks exactly the same as others or not, that way you'll know if it's a PP or not.
