Maybe they will, I suggest emailing the place where the concert is being held and asking them if they forward fanmail to the artists performing there.

Since you aren't in America, I would send it maybe 2 weeks before and write on the envelope "PLEASE HOLD FOR DEMI LOVATO UNTIL (concert date)"

You know, I from Lithuania, and it's far from USA, so, I don't know how about tour, bc I don't know how much time my letter will go to USA. :( Sorry for my bad English.

It isn't just one address she is on tour so you will have to send to the venue she is performing at, here are the dates of her tour http://demilovato.com/. I suggest emailing the venue to see if they forward fanmail.
