I don't think there really is a totally safe place from which to buy autographs. I notice they do provide pictures of the signatures and that the signatures do not look alike. They vary in size and format which is good.

I would check the web for complaints to see if there've been authenticity issues/refund problems, etc. I would also check the prices to see if they are what you would expect for the celebrity in question.
