Don't lose hope!! I still have many responses that I am waiting for, which I sent in October.

Did you make sure to include items for them to sign and a SASE for them to return your items in? You've only been waiting about 4 months, some take over a year to hear back from. I've personally had replies come back four years later after I sent them. & I still have requests that I sent in 2004 that I'm waiting to hear from. {up}
