Maybe I should try to send to the NY address then.

And does it say "NRK" there?

I'd assume it's being returned to you because the people at Zetlzer didn't pay the necessary postage.

Hi Ryan,

The post office weighed it and printed out the electronic stamp that got a bar code. It costed me $2.29 because they have to send as a parcel instead of flat rate since it was rigid. I'm not sure if I should try to send to the address in NY. I sent to Nancy Zeltzer because he has a contract there til next year or so. Well, may have to give up on this one.

What does it mean if it's returned like this?

I sent a LOR, a photo, and SASE to an opera singer, Placido Domingo, to request an autograph for one of my best friends. It is returned to me. The thing is the envelope was opened an resealed with duct tape. It was written an address that was supposed to be forwarded to in NY. By the way, it also says "Postage Due 2.29 to resend" and points to my address.

I wonder if this mail was forwarded to the address in NY already. Maybe it got to him. He opened it and didn't wanna sign it? How about postage due to resend? Please let me know what it means. Thanks. (sorry for the typo. My phone likes to auto correct things and put the words that I don't mean it in)
