I can tell you about the guys I have personal IP experience with as well as knowledge of through other friends.
Alex Rodriguez- Ok AROID, well I personally can't stand the guy but I know several people who have things signed by him multiple times. He signs periodically.
David price- Price is really good about signing before and after games. He doesn't sign all the time but he is really nice no matter what.
Evan Longoria- Longo pretty much does all of his signing right before the game. He signs about 10-15 depending. He gets agitated sometimes when people try to get over on him but in general he is pretty good. Doesn't sign sweet spot of balls anymore though.
Carl Crawford- When he was in Tampa he signed all the time. I had photos, balls, cards. Really nice guy with a ugly looking signature
Jose Bautista- Joey Bats has a moniker for not signing very often, if at all. Even at spring training. Maybe something about no one caring who he was until two years ago. Who knows.
Roy Halladay- Just have to catch him at the right time.
Cliff lee-Really stingy with autos. Will gladly decline your request without any qualm. Doesn't matter if it is one person or 20. Not impossible though. Just very tough.
Ryan Howard- Good signer. Missed him a couple of times but only because of circumstance.
Jim Thome- Nicest guy in baseball.
Chipper jones- Not sure about regular season habits but signs a lot in Spring training. Saw him sign plenty. Pretty nice guy too.
Andrew Mccutchen- Really really great signer. Will sign as many things as you have. And will talk to you. Signs a lot too.
Hope this helps!
If you are wondering about other guys let me know. I have some insight on quite a few MLB guys.
