The reason for the question in question is because I know some celebrities do share their usernames and play against fans. I know David Price, the pitcher for the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team has shared his.
i dont seem the harm in it.. your just asking if they play it.. not like your asking for their username..

I typically attach a sticky note to mine saying that it is double sided and most of the time they do fill in both sides. although I have had some only fill in one side.

Do I need to mention in my letter that the questionnaire is double sided? I was looking at some of yours and noticed most were double sided. Did you mention that or was the celebrity able to figure it out on their own?

I send Q&A cards and typically make mine around 6-8 questions. I make mine simple and not too wordy, so they don't have to write a long response to it.

Thanks for the feedback. Just one more question. Is 8 questions on my Questionnaire too much? What is the average length for these things? I don't want to make it too long, but at the same time, I don't want cheat myself by asking for less when I could've had more.

LOL, sounds fine with me! I know sometimes they'll just skip certain questions if they don't want to answer them. but you might get some interesting answers with that one! :D

I am about to send out my first questionnaire TTM. I am wondering if I should include the following question or if I should leave it off. Please share yours thoughts/opinions. I am worried the Q may be seen as too intrusive.
