The wording sounds to me like she wants to respond to all of her fans, but based on all of the secretarial successes it's been impossible to keep up. She's simply too busy at the moment, and seemingly never in KY to handle mail herself.

I don't think they're being tricky with the wording, I really don't think that's their intent, but I might be idealising.

Who knows, but keep in mind there are millions of pre-teens that are wanting to get this persons autograph.

not sure if any1 can confirm this or not but didnt her website say she would personally repsond to fan-mail
because now it says :

Please send a self addressed stamped envelope (minimum size 8.5? x 4?) with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add “Do Not Bend” on the envelopes.

it doesnt say she would respond but she just want her fans to be answered or am i taking this the wrong way
