ScottishDan wrote:When I write for a playbill I usually just write 3-4 lines on how I like the musical/story or actors in the play then a couple of lines requesting the playbill. It can be tricky to think of things to write sometimes when asking for a playbill so I usually write bigger and try to fill the page more! Haha. Just remember to address the letter/envelope to the Stage Manager. It won't fit into a 5x7 envelope, the playbill itself fills a C5 envelope so that's what you need! I usually put $2 worth of postage on my SASE and that's to the UK. I have 12 playbills. Good luck, any more help just ask!

I usually write the address this way but it probably doesn't matter:

Stage Manager
"Play Name"
Theatre Address
Thanks Dan. Thank you for being unselfish and answering my questions. And I should write the Stage Manager first....Hmmm, never thought about doing that but I will try that. THANKS!
