I've met people when they are filming on location because they're filming on an open set and it's easier but to a studio where the set is closed and there's a crap ton of security, no.
In terms of advice I could give DO NOT under any circumstance interrupt the filming you will quickly be sent away by security. Go prepared with what ever it is you want signed and a marker. Don't take pictures they usually beg people no too. I good time to approach stars if you can get near them is when they change the camera angles, if you get pushed away by security try and get their attention usually if they see there's a fan and they know they want an autograph they will come over when there done. If you have any other questions feel free to pm me.
