It is difficult to say for certain, but
most celebs have their own photographs to send out, so you should be OK without sending one.
On the other habd, if you have a photo you particularly want signed, then that is OK too
Just a word of warning though . . . . Make sure you don't send anything to a celeb which you cannot afford to lose. If something should go wrong, your item might get lost and/or just not get returned.
