If you would like an autographed photo of Phil please send in an appropriately sized pre-paid postage envelope for an 8X10 photo with your return address and contact information to the following address:

Phil sends these photos out free of charge in an effort to reduce the blackmarket value of his signature. If you have any other item that you would like to have Phil sign please send it to the address listed above. Phil will only sign pictures, flags, magazines, scorecards, and books. Please do not send hats, putter covers or golf balls. Also, to deal with the extreme volume of requests during certain times of the year Phil may use an autopen. Autopen signatures are considered authentic as long as they are not offered for sale. Include only one item per request along with a pre-paid postage return envelope for your item and your contact information. Due to the large volume of requests, only two items are permitted per individual or charity each year. Requests submitted via phone, email or fax will not be fulfilled. Due to the volume of requests and Phil's practice and playing schedule, it typically takes a year from the date of request to receive your item.
