The usps doesn't care if you over pay-they get more money that way. The only time they should rts because of postage is if you don't put enough on it.

It'll send as normal.

It isn't unusual to "overpay" when using stamps in fact, since you don't always come up with the exact postage needed.

Does anyone know what happens if say for example you send something out with a stamp that is bigger than the one required? Like a Forever stamp is needed, but you send a 66 cent stamp. Will they RTS or send through? [us]
