I have found that it's really hard to tell, I have sent two letters that weighed the exact same thing with the exact same postage and one came back because not enough postage was on it. I usually will put an extra stamp or at least an extra few cent stamp on there if I have any questions at all. But there is still a chance it might make it through as some of mine have.
