Excluding Matthew Fox, Elizabeth Mitchell and a few others, you could get most of the "Lost" cast.

One Tree Hill sends cast photos by writing to them.

If you send to them individually, I know you can get NCIS and Law & Order cast. I've seen it done before by someone. Watch out for Sam Waterson though, he only signs it sometimes. :?

Unfortunately if you write to the cast of Reba on the set you will get a PP picture, you are better off sending individually to their agents.
