The celebrity will never see your email, so you really don't need to write a fan letter. I usually just say, "Please send a photo to: (my address). Thanks" and a few weeks to a few months later, I get the photo (PP) in the mail.

For SFM, do you have to write anything asking for the print? Or just put your address and nothing else?
For example could I just put:

John Do
123 Main St
City, ST 12345

Because in my emails, I write, "I'm a huge fan, blah blah blah" then put my address at the end.
