Unless you're actually at the venue trying to get an autograph from one of the stars in person, it will be very difficult (maybe impossible) to get an autograph by writing to the movie premiere venue.
Why? The star you want to write to will be at that venue for a very very short period of time (possibly less than 1 hour) with the primary focus of promoting their new movie. The person that handles the mail may not even get a chance at passing on your mail to the relevant person due to this very short timeframe.
