A NEAT AUTOGRAPH TRICK - WONDER IF IT WORKS

I SAW SOMETHING ON THE INTERNET THAT SHOWED YOU THAT YOU FIRST PRINT A PHOTOGRAPH AND THEN PUT THE PHOTO BACK IN THE PRINTER. YOU THEN PRINT AN AUTOGRAPH ON TOP OF THE PICTURE. THEN WHEN YOU TAKE A SOLVENT TO THE PICTURE IT WILL AFFECT THE UPPER LAYER AUTOGRAPH ONLY AND MAKE IT APPEAR THAT THE PICTURE WAS SIGNED. I HOPE NO ONE IS DOING THIS AND IS IT FEASIBLE?
