You could try asking if anyone going to the shows can get you them instead. Todd from Todd's Autograph's will do it for $5 each on top of the cost. Not sure what to say about private signings. I haven't been to the HS in a while as they haven't had enough people I want at any given show. It's not worth the fee to get in plus parking for just one or two.

I wanted to start a post providing my feedback for Hollywood Show. My first couple pre-orders I had made, I received everything (and personalized as requested). I ordered an autograph of Dick Van Dyke and did not hear back for months. I emailed them and they said it was strange I hadn't received mine because they had sent them all out a while ago so they send me another one soon after (not personalized; kinda bummbed because it was expensive and the only reason I purchased one was to receive it personalized. I asked for a refund but he said HS would send me the autographed photo instead). An order soon after, none of the photos were personalized (though requested). I recently ordered two autographs from private signings (Molly Ringwald and Christina Applegate) held months ago and I haven't received them nor will they respond to their email or Facebook page. It started off well but has turned for the worse. I've lost my trust in them and I likely won't be purchasing from their website anymore. Any suggestions how to handle this situation? Any feedback from others who have purchased items through this website? Any similar, trusted websites who offer the pre-order service? Thanks!
